What thread is used in stitching?

We use supreme quality bonded nylon thread for stitching.

Are dummies and punching bags filled or unfilled?

Dummies and punching bags will be unfilled and you can fill it with cloth pieces and raw cotton.

Can I choose a different delivery address to my billing address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address by clicking the “Ship to a Different Address” OR “Drop Shipment” checkbox on the checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time depends on your location and the size of the order.

Generally, non-bulky products will be delivered within 1 – 5 business days to metro locations.

Allow for an extra 1-2 days for non-metro.

Please note that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the Courier.

What if I receive a damaged parcel, the wrong items, or don't receive my order at all?

If you believe there is damage to the products you’ve ordered, incorrect items have been delivered, or your order hasn’t arrived within the specified time frame, please Contact Us.

What is Eagle Claws’s online refund policy?

Eagle Claws does not accept returns after 30 days from the purchase date.

We will refund only if the item got teared while practicing (Not by any cut) or damaged when received

Freight costs are non-refundable and any returned products are the sole responsibility and cost of the customer.
